Mandatory reception
All French companies must be able to receive Factur-X invoices from their suppliers.
Sept. 30, 2026
OPERAT declaration
Annual deadline for tertiary buildings ≥ 1,000 m² subject to the tertiary decree.
Sept. 1, 2027
Mandatory issuance
SMBs and micro-enterprises (including freelancers) must issue Factur-X.

Scope and liability

These tools generate invoices and prepare declarations. The issuer remains responsible for verification and submission of documents. No tool in this ecosystem automatically submits or transmits to approved platforms without explicit user action.
