Terms of Service

1. Service provider

The Facturation Express tools (Sheets → Factur-X, OPERAT Express, PrestaShop Module, e-invoicing SDK) are published by Kortilabs, operated on a non-commercial basis during the free launch period (until September 30, 2026). Contact: [email protected].

2. Service description

These tools are regulatory compliance aids (Factur-X EN 16931 e-invoicing and ADEME/OPERAT declarations). They generate documents and calculate indicators. Users remain solely responsible for verifying, validating, and submitting their declarations and invoices.

3. Pricing

Free period: From January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, all tools are freely accessible with no commitment or credit card required.

After September 30, 2026: The following prices will apply, unless modified with 30 days prior email notice:

• OPERAT Express: €90–€190/year/site by volume
• e-invoicing SDK: €290–€990/month by plan
• Sheets → Factur-X: €0–€19/month by quota
• PrestaShop Module: €99–€149 (license) + €49/year (updates)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) by credit card or SEPA transfer. Subscriptions are annual and non-refundable except for technical failures attributable to the publisher.

5. Limitation of liability

Facturation Express tools are provided "as is" without any warranty. The publisher shall not be liable for:

• calculation errors resulting from incorrect source data entered by the user;
• refusal or non-compliance of a declaration or invoice submitted via official platforms;
• service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party incidents;
• regulatory changes after the date of this page's last update.

In any case, the publisher's liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the user in the previous 12 months. During the free period, no compensation can be claimed.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Paris, France.

7. Amendments

The publisher may update these terms at any time. Users with active accounts will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect.
