Facturation Express is a suite of software tools published on a non-commercial basis during the free launch period (until September 30, 2026). Under Article 6-III of French law n° 2004-575 (LCEN), the publisher's full identity is disclosed to the hosting provider and available on request to the competent judicial authority.

Privacy policy and personal data
This showcase site collects technical server access logs strictly necessary for operation, as well as audience measurement data via Google Tag Manager, only after your consent (see the "Cookies" section below).
Ecosystem apps (notably OPERAT Express) collect and process personal data under their own privacy policy, accessible from their interface.

Limitation of liability
These tools are compliance aids. Users remain solely responsible for their invoices and declarations. No tool automatically submits to approved platforms (Chorus Pro, OPERAT ADEME…) without explicit user action. The publisher makes no warranty of fitness for a specific professional purpose.
Governing law
This site and its legal notice are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of French courts.
